<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>OIEE is the colorful electronical solo project of Bence Kocsis launched in 2019. He is a well-known\u00a0name in the Hungarian\u00a0 underground music scene both as a producer-songwriter, organizer,\u00a0multimedia artist, the host of live impro electronical music series \u2018WOPO-WOPO\u2019 and leading singer of\u00a0bands Saverne and Window.<\/p>\n<p>OIEE\u2019s main genres are nudisco, dance and R&B, mixing instrumental sounds with tropical and not-so-tropical house, techno, disco and trance elements and modern soul-like vocals, giving danceable melodies and catchy hooks a very individual and uncompromising sounding. \u201cWith this project, I\u00a0wanted to try what it is like to work with other singers, even in the form of remixes. Many music has<br \/>\ngathered in my brain over the years, for which I wanted to make a separate platform. This is more like\u00a0a production work, less bounded by the band-specific compromises\u201d – said Bence about the project.<\/p>\n<p>He already published his debut album Urban Camouflage which has some successes on international level, song called \u2018Still Dey Inside\u2019 debuted on BBC 1Xtra channel. His first LP featured artists such as\u00a0M3nsa (UK \/ GH) and Amaarae (US \/ GH). The album attempts to show how the organic is mixing the\u00a0artificial, how the superficial monotony of everyday life can be blend together with instinctive, deeper\u00a0energies.<\/p>\n<p>“Lighthouse” is the first single from my upcoming album called &quot;Two Sides\u201d.\u00a0Most of the tracks have\u00a0been written last year, still this specific track came up as a fresh idea\u00a0a\u00a0few weeks ago. It is based on\u00a0the drum\/bass groove of another track from the album and some leftover lyrics. I love to put out\u00a0something really fresh if possible, so decided to go with this electronic dance\/pop track.<br \/>\nI started as a songwriter, vocalist, so melodies are still important for me, when I\u2019m experimenting\u00a0with\u00a0dance music. Bicep, Disclosure, Moderat, Jamie XX, Caribou and Glass Animals had the biggest\u00a0 influence on the new album. I\u2019m working\u00a0on some other tracks with Grammy-Award winner Steve Dub (Chemical Brothers), those tracks are also coming out later this year, stay tuned!\u201d \u2013 started Bence<br \/>\nabout the new song.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dThe video is a collection of several background scenes of my tour experiences this year in Prague, Bratislava, Brno and my home city, Budapest. I\u2019m producing my own videos and this time I wanted to\u00a0make something that showcases the atmosphere of my live gigs\u201d \u2013 said Oiee who earlier won prizes at\u00a0the Hungarian Music Video Awards with\u00a0 “Kawhi” and “Stays Like This”<\/p>\n<p>Currently he\u2019s working on the second album coming out in 2022.
